First of go to this Link
Scroll Bellow untill you see
Download 32-bit version
chose your desired language and click Go Sign in with your MSN Account
add your details name ,mail etc ...
then you will receive a mail to confirm that was your e mail with a link From Microsoft giving you the serial Key (save it in a and the Windows 7 (2.35 GB) Virtual image (a .ISO File)
Burn The content of the ISO File on a DVD Then go ahead and install your New Windows
